I know this is not too terribly exciting. I actually took my first photographs of this the day after I got my new camera. I really did not have a firm grasp of my settings at that point and they were really grainy (I set my ISO too high because I did not understand the aperture that well) and not that great looking. I tried again yesterday and this is my initial shot and slightly edited version. This is a light hanging in the corner of our bedroom.

A rare self-portrait of me with makeup on. Brad and I were heading out on an equally rare date. The first is the original and the 2nd is an edit with cropping, noise reduction and cloning of the light reflection on my chin (That's not a blemish :))

Playing around with the reflection. I had issues with lack of light and having to use my flash.

Good and Plenty...they are neither natural or organic but what can I say...I like them. They are a weakness of mine. They also look all pretty laying on the reflective black surface of our TV stand. The challenge was keeping Aria from eating my subject.
